Sarah Lea ITEC. Dip. APNT - Swedish Massage and Indian Head Massage

I have trained and worked as a therapist in Devon since 2004, when I gained an ITEC qualification in A&P and Holistic Massage at the South Dartmoor Community College. I have also completed an APNT (Association of Physical and Natural Therapists) accredited Indian Head Massage course. During 2005 and 2006 I was initiated into the Reiki I and II degrees (Ursui System of Healing) by Tom Neusinger, Reiki Master Teacher.

I jointly manage Oak Integrated Health Practice with Lisa Weston with responsibility for the administration of the practice in addition to my own massage practice. We aim to reach all members of the community offering an integrated approach to health where the client is central to the process. It is my hope that Oak and other similar services offering inclusive access to complementary and psychological therapies alongside conventional medicine become the norm in treating people. I believe that people's lives can be enhanced when they are given a greater say in their health and welfare by having more involvement in the decision making process.
